We were saddened to hear about the death of Jim Bennison MBE (James Gordon Bennison) on Sunday 9th April 2023. Born in March 1931, Jim had just celebrated his 92nd birthday and passed away at his home in Romiley. Jim was proud to tell everyone that he attended King’s School Macclesfield, and that he was followed by his granddaughter Charlotte.
